Tuition and Fees

The tuition at Concord Christian School has been kept low through efficient management and the generous support of First Baptist Concord. Tuition dollars cover CCS salaries and operational expenses.

TUITION

Once accepted, your family will be required to enroll online in the FACTs tuition management program. Tuition is due by the first of the month according to the terms of your payment plan. If you choose to pay monthly, you may choose the 1st or 15th as your payment date. The enrollment process is not complete and students may not start school until a FACTs Tuition payment plan is created.

CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT FEE

The continuous enrollment fee holds a place for your child for the following academic year and covers registration costs. Beginning in 2017 - 2018, the continuous enrollment fee for the following academic year is incorporated into the monthly tuition payment. If you withdraw prior to January 31st, the paid continuous enrollment fee will be credited toward your March tuition payment. For withdrawals received after January 31, the Continuous Enrollment Fee will be forfeited.

FACILITY FEE - $300 per student

All students are required to pay an annual facility fee. This fee is an investment in existing facilities and future growth and will be assessed each year. This fee will be divided into monthly billing at $25 per month but is due in full in the event of withdrawal for any reason.

New Student REGISTRATION FEE

$400 per Student Registration Fee is due with submission of online application

$200 Late Registration Processing fee will be added to first month payment for applications received after July 1st.
** Families who move to the area are excluded.

High School Retreat - $225 per student

18/19 All students will be required to attend the HS Retreat

Retreat Fee will be billed in FACTs starting in June for 3 payments of $75.

*All fees are per student and are non-refundable / non-transferable

TUITION ASSISTANCE 
Financial aid may be available for families approved by FACTS.  Applications must be filled out online. Please access FACTS through the link at concordchristianschool.org.
Financial aid application deadline is May 15, 2018.

 

RenWeb/FACTS  Accounts

All tuition payments will be paid online through FACTS.  Any exception to this payment method will need to be arranged with the Business Manager and will incur additional fees.  Monthly payments run from June 2018—May 2019.  Through FACTS you will have the choice of the 1st of the month or the 15th of the month for your payment processing date.  Late payments will be subject to a late fee.  Through RenWeb parents have  access to account balances, charges and payments at all times.  Information is password protected and updated on a regular basis.
