About

Accreditation

Concord Christian School is dually accredited through the ACSI and Cognia, with the ACSI serving as the lead agency in this partnership. Becoming accredited through these organizations confirms the quality of education provided at CCS is on par with some of the best Christian schools in the country. This is a testament to the outstanding staff and faculty that the Lord has assembled here as well as the wonderful families that we get to serve.

In addition, CCS is affiliated with National Alliance of Christian Schools (NACS).

Concord Christian School is recognized by the state of Tennessee as a Category II School. Graduates from CCS receive a diploma with the State Seal, recognized by the Tennessee State Board of Education.

Why does accreditation matter?

List of 3 items.

  • For Students

Students benefit from their institution or educational system’s commitment to raising student performance and accountability. Students that attend an accredited institution gain greater access to federal loans, scholarships, post-secondary education, and military programs.
  • For Parents

This standard of excellence ensures that institutions will find rich benefits from accreditation and that parents can confidently make informed decisions about their children’s education, knowing that their child’s school is accredited.
  • For Teachers

The accreditation process leads teachers to critically evaluate teaching and learning with a focus for academic excellence.
