    2. We believe there is only one God, eternally existent in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:1, Matthew 28:19, John 10:30).
    3. We believe in the deity of Christ (John 10:33)

      • His ascension to the right hand of the Father (Mark 16:19)
      • His personal return in power and glory (Acts 1:11; Revelation 19:11).
    4. We believe in the absolute necessity of regeneration by the Holy Spirit for salvation because of the exceeding sinfulness of human nature; and that men are justified on the single ground of faith in the shed blood of Christ, and that only by God’s grace and through faith we alone are saved (John 3:16–19; 5:24; Romans 3:23; 5:8–9).
    5. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation (John 5:28-29).
    6. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 8:9; I Corinthians 12:12; Galatians 3:26–28).

    Dear CCS Community,

The leadership of First Baptist Concord and Concord Christian School began the process of creating a strategic plan in order to take an in-depth look at where we have been, where we are now, and where we desire to go. Leadership has been working on this plan for twelve months using surveys, committee feedback, parent/faculty feedback, and board input. This strategic approach supports the school’s mission, vision, and core values while providing critical components for goal setting, budgeting, ongoing assessment, and decision-making that leads to continuous improvement.

Inspire 2028 presents an exciting journey for our school, containing six priorities written within. With our focus being on Kingdom Education, this outline includes essential components to aid in accomplishing our mission, vision, and core values where students are inspired to take risks and accomplish things greater than they ever imagined.

Our Story...

Since 1969, First Baptist Concord has faithfully served the community through Concord Christian Preschool (CCP). Established to support and encourage parents, CCP has provided a firm and positive foundation for thousands of young children. Over the years, CCP has become recognized for its excellence, being named Best Daycare and Best Preschool in CityView’s “Best of the Best” surveys in 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Recognizing the growing need for Christian education beyond the preschool years, First Baptist Concord formed a feasibility committee in 1995 to explore the establishment of a primary school.

After much prayer and planning, Concord Christian School (CCS) was founded, with growth milestones including:

Since its beginning, CCS has continued to grow and flourish, serving students and families with excellence in Christian education.
The school's mission of "Inspiring students to follow Jesus by equipping them to serve, lead, and transform their world" is at the heart of everything we do, and the administration, staff, and congregation of First Baptist Concord affirm our belief in the sovereignty of God the Father, the deity of His Son and our Savior, Jesus Christ, and in the unerring authority of God's Word, the Bible.
