One Time Fees

Registration Fee for New Families:
A $100 per student registration fee is due with the submission of an online application. This non-refundable fee covers your application and enrollment packet.

Property Acquisition Fee Policy:
At Concord Christian School, we are committed to providing a lasting environment where students can thrive. To ensure the sustainability of our campus, new families provide a one-time, none-refundable $500 Property Acquisition Fee at the time of enrollment.

These funds are used solely for securing land and retiring property debt which are foundational steps that allow us to focus our resources on our mission. By contributing to this fund, new families are partnering with us to build a permanent legacy, ensuring that future generations are equipped to inspire students to follow Jesus.

Annual Fee

We have combined fees into one annual fee which include the following expenses:

• Investment in existing facilities
• Technology: including Chromebooks for each student in 5th-12th grades and Chromebook carts for all other grade levels.
• Curriculum A yearbook for each student
• Lower School field trips
• Lower School class celebrations
• Lower School class and music t-shirts
• 5th-12th grade quarterly grade-wide treat
• Retreat for 9th-12th grade students
• All-inclusive lunches: Buffet-style lunch options daily, which include two entree options with fresh vegetables, as well as, pasta or pizza, sandwiches, salad, and fresh fruit.

Please contact Vanessa Mills, vmills@concordcs.org, for the necessary documentation if your child(ren) requires a medical lunch exemption. Exemptions must be renewed yearly.

Continuous enrollment holds a place for your child for the next academic year and covers registration costs. If you withdraw prior to December 31st, the paid continuous enrollment fee will be credited towards your February 2026 tuition payment. For withdrawals received after December 31st, the continuous enrollment fee will be forfeited.
