Concord Christian School is proud to announce the addition of an umbrella school to our list of programs.
Our umbrella school is two-fold in that it will include a homeschool and a co-op.
- Starting this spring, our homeschool will begin enrolling students for the upcoming 2025-26 school year.
- The timeline for our co-op has not yet been finalized; however, once a timeline is put into place, additional information will be made available.
The decision of beginning a homeschool umbrella is a part of CCS’s strategic initiatives for our school to provide as many families in the 865 area code with Kingdom Education. Recognizing that parents choose to homeschool their children for many different reasons, leadership believes that Kingdom Education is a unique opportunity and partnership for families. First Baptist Concord and Concord Christian School in unison desire to extend this opportunity to every family desiring a less traditional approach to educating their children.
Thank you so much for your interest in Concord Christian Homeschool Umbrella and our co-op.

Director of Homeschool

“I’m passionate about supporting families in their homeschooling journey, whether they need full flexibility or a hybrid approach, and my favorite part of the job is definitely the people. I have a heart for serving others, and this role gives me the opportunity to minister to families in so many ways, whether it’s offering encouragement, sharing Scripture, or simply listening when they need support. Every smile, every conversation, and every chance to walk alongside them in their homeschooling journey is what makes this work so meaningful to me. One of the most challenging, but also rewarding, parts of my job is that I'm right there in the trenches with our families. As a homeschooling Mom to my own 16-year-old, I completely understand the highs, the hurdles, and the 'Are we doing this right?' moments. It definitely keeps me humble and helps me to connect with parents on a deeper level because I understand exactly where they are coming from.”
